SALON POLICIES

BOOKING FEES

We currently take a booking fee for all colour services. The booking fee is £40 and will be sent via a payment link to your phone to pay online. You can also pay by bank transfer or drop it off in person at the salon if you prefer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment, and the booking fee will be non-refundable.

SKIN TESTING

New clients wanting to book in for a colour service will need a skin test 48 hours prior to their service. You will also need a skin test if it had been longer than 6 months since your last colour with us, or if you have been elsewhere or coloured your hair at home. Please call the salon if this is an issue. Skin tests only take 5 minutes to complete so you can call in anytime during opening hours, at a time that is convenient to you.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Kaos Hair Technicians, we take your privacy seriously. We collect and process your personal data (name, email, phone number, address, and booking history) solely to manage your appointments, send automated reminders, and provide our services. Your data is stored securely and processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using this website and booking appointments, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, and booking fees are non-refundable inside that window. We reserve the right to refuse service for skin-test non-compliance or scheduling conflicts. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT and subject to final consultation in the salon.
