Where can I park?
There are several parking options close to the salon, including both free and paid parking.
Free parking:
- Morrisons Market - up to 2 hours free parking for customers.
- Aldi - free customer parking, but please check signage for any time restrictions.
- B&M - free customer parking, but please check signage for any time restrictions.
- Surrounding streets also have free parking spaces, although some are time-limited, so please check local signs before leaving your vehicle.
Paid parking (RingGo available):
- Church Green Car Park (BD21 5AD)
- Carr Street Car Park (BD21 3QJ)
- Airedale Centre Multi-Storey Car Park (BD21 3QQ)
Most car parks can be paid for using RingGo and are just a short walk from the salon.
Parking restrictions can change, so please check signs on arrival.
I don't drive—how can I get to you?
We are a short walk from public transport: 2 minutes from Keighley Bus Station and 5 minutes from Keighley Train Station.
Do you take card payments?
We accept card payments for retail products. For services, please pay by cash or cheque.
Do I need a skin test?
New colour guests need a skin test 48 hours before their service. You also need one if it has been over 6 months since your last colour with us, or if you have coloured elsewhere or at home. Call the salon if this is a problem.
Do you take deposits?
Yes. All colour appointments require a £40 booking fee to secure your booking. This can be paid via payment link, bank transfer, or in person at the salon.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice and your booking fee can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment, and the booking fee will be non-refundable.
